Prelude, Concert Level and Performing Choir
We hope all choristers had a fun and relaxing Term 1 break.
We’re looking forward to presenting our Winter Showcase items on Saturday June 28.

Date: Saturday June 28
Please note we will be holding two performances on this day and Prelude, Concert Level and Performing Choir will be involved in both performances. Each show will run for approximately 1 hour.
Venue: CGGS Hall at Canberra Girls Grammar School - please see the school map for all arrival and parking details.
Prelude and Concert Level arrive: 10.00am
Performing Choir arrive: 8.40am
All girls depart: 5.00pm (at the conclusion of Showcase 2) from outside B Block
Arrival:
On arrival to the venue please make your way to the arrival desk outlined in the venue map. Girls will be escorted to their level group by AGC staff where a roll will be marked for attendance.
Wear:
Prelude & Concert Level: AGC magenta t-shirt, black or navy dance pants, black socks, black shoes and hair tied back with a pink rehearsal ribbon.
Performing Choir: AGC magenta t-shirt, polar fleece, black dance pants, black shoes and black socks with performance hair and make-up done, including rehearsal ribbon.
Bring:
All choristers to bring a named water bottle.
Prelude & Concert Level: food and drink to last the day and hair accessories,
Performing Choir: black AGC logo t-shirt, jazz shoes, food and drink to last the day and hair and make-up accessories.

$35 Adult and $29 Concession available for sale from 1.00pm Wednesday May 28.

Sisters in different performances:
Families with sisters who are not performing in a concert together will be offered up to 3 complimentary tickets to one performance. We will be in contact with these families by email prior to the ticket on sale date.
Alternatively, choristers in our training levels have the opportunity to swap to a different concert time in order to perform in the same Showcase as their sister. Please contact Head Office via reply email if this is of interest so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Specialist Groups:
Choristers in Canto will be involved in both performances.
Concert Program & Recording:
We’re creating an online program and we’ll send you a link by email one week out from the concert day. Professional footage of the Winter Showcases will be available for purchase from Commercial Video Productions through this link https://www.cvp.com.au/agc. Please enter the password AGC25 and select the city your daughter is enrolled in to place your order. Please note that video and photography is not permitted in the auditorium.
Absences:
Should your daughter be unable to attend the Winter Showcase for any reason, please complete our online absence notification form prior to or on the day of the event.
