Piccolo and Vivo
Date: Sunday November 10
All Saturday classes will run as normal on this weekend.
Venue: George Wood Performing Arts Centre at Yarra Valley Grammar School, 84-90 Kalinda Road, Ringwood - please see the school map for arrival and parking details.
We will be holding three concerts in one day and girls in our Piccolo and Vivo levels are involved in one concert.

Concert 1 - 12.00pm
Piccolo and Vivo from Kew, Ringwood, Greensborough and Ivanhoe
Piccolo and Vivo from Kew arrive: 9.00am
Piccolo and Vivo from Ringwood arrive: 9.25am
Piccolo and Vivo from Greensborough and Ivanhoe arrive: 9.50am
Girls in concert 1 will be involved in a short onstage rehearsal prior to the concert.
Audience can enter the auditorium from 11.40am
Concert 1 commences at 12.00pm and runs for 1hr 20mins without an interval.
Concert 2 - 3.00pm
Piccolo and Vivo from Caulfield North, Berwick, Essendon and Mentone
Piccolo and Vivo and audience arrive: 2.15pm
Audience can enter the auditorium from 2.40pm.
Concert 2 commences at 3.00pm and runs for 1hr 20mins without an interval.
Concert 3 - 6.00pm
Piccolo and Vivo from Yarraville, Box Hill and Glen Waverley
Piccolo and Vivo and audience arrive: 5.15pm
Audience can enter the auditorium from 5.40pm.
Concert 3 commences at 6.00pm and runs for 1hr 20mins without an interval.
Arrival:
On arrival to the venue please make your way to the arrival desk. Girls will be escorted to their level group by AGC staff where a roll will be marked for attendance.
Wear:
Piccolo & Vivo levels wear a party dress, or a top with knee to mid-calf length skirt or pants. This can be worn with flat and secure party shoes or sandals of any colour.
Girls should arrive with their hair tied neatly back off their face and may like to wear their hair in a special way for the performance. Girls don’t wear any jewellery or watches on stage, other than small earrings. We suggest that jewellery, watches and other valuables are left at home.
Bring:
Girls in Concert 1: Bring a packed meal (that does not require preparation or heating), substantial snack and named water bottle. We have some choristers who have severe nut allergies and therefore ask that you do not pack any nut based foods, including peanut butter and Nutella sandwiches.
Girls in Concerts 2 & 3: Bring a named water bottle. Girls in Concerts 2 & 3 will not require any food on concert day.
Dismissal:
Collection points will be communicated on stage at the conclusion of the performance.

Tickets:
$42 Adult and $36 Concession - Available for sale from Monday October 14 at 1.00pm.

Easy access ticketing requirements for limited steps, wheelchair accessibility, hearing or vision impairments and any other requirements will need to be completed by our ticketing team in the office. Please contact us by Friday October 11 on 03 9859 6499 so that we can assist you in purchasing tickets.
Sisters in different performances:
Families with sisters who are not performing in a concert together across the two weekends will be offered up to 3 complimentary tickets to one performance. We will be in contact with these families by email prior to the ticket on sale date.
Specialist Groups:
Choristers in Cantini will be involved in the same performance as their level group.
Concert Program & Recording:
An Annual Concert program with all girls’ names included will be available to purchase on Concert Day for $10.
Professional footage of the Annual Concert will be available for purchase from Commercial Video Productions through this link www.cvp.com.au/agc. Enter the password AGC24 and select the city your daughter is enrolled in to place your order.
It can take up to 30 days following the event to receive your order. All orders are managed directly by Commercial Video Productions and copies of past concerts are available through their site.
