| View in browser Winter Showcase Details   Piccolo, Vivo, Allegro, Avanti, Prelude and Concert Level from Caulfield North, Essendon, Glen Waverley, Greensborough, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Kew and Yarraville   We hope all choristers had a fun and relaxing Term 1 break.   We’re looking forward to presenting our Winter Showcase items on Saturday June 14 and have included all confirmed details below.   Should you require more information than we’ve provided below, please call us on 03 9859 6499 or email us at headoffice@aspagroup.com.au.   Date: Saturday June 14 The concert will replace regular Saturday classes on this day.   Please note we will have performances running across both Saturday and Sunday. Your daughter will be involved in one performance on Saturday.   Venue: Robert Blackwood Hall at Monash University in Clayton — please see the venue map for arrival and parking details.   Please find details for your daughter’s class below.   Showcase 1 – Saturday June 14 Piccolo, Vivo, Allegro, Avanti, Prelude and Concert Level from Glen Waverley and Essendon Girls and audience arrive between 12.45 and 1.00pm Showcase 1 commences at 1.30pm and runs for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes   Showcase 2 – Saturday June 14 Piccolo, Vivo, Allegro, Avanti, Prelude and Concert Level from Caulfield North, Greensborough, Heidelberg and Ivanhoe  Girls and audience arrive between 3.15 and 3.30pm Showcase 2 commences at 4.00pm and runs for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes   Showcase 3 – Saturday June 14 Piccolo, Vivo, Allegro, Avanti, Prelude and Concert Level from Kew and Yarraville Girls and audience arrive between 5.45 and 6.00pm Showcase 3 commences at 6.30pm and runs for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes   Arrival: On arrival to the venue please make your way to the arrival desk outlined in the venue map. Please take note of the different arrival locations for each level. Girls will be escorted to their level group by AGC staff where a roll will be marked for attendance. Audience members are then welcome to make their way directly into the auditorium to take a seat.   Wear: Piccolo & Vivo levels wear their junior@agc t-shirt with skirt or pants, flat and secure dress shoes or sandals of any colour and hair tied back. Allegro, Avanti, Prelude & Concert Level wear their AGC uniform of magenta t-shirt, black or navy dance pants, black socks, black shoes and hair tied back with a pink rehearsal ribbon. All levels: Please do not wear a long sleeve top underneath the t-shirt as only the t-shirt will be worn for the performance. We will ask parents to take any jumpers, jackets or polar fleeces at drop off to avoid lost property at the end of the performance.   Bring: All choristers to bring a named water bottle.   Dismissal: Collection points will be communicated on stage at the conclusion of the performance.   Tickets: $40 Adult and $34 Concession available for sale from 1.00pm Monday May 12. We will be in contact with these families by email prior to the ticket on sale date.   Alternatively, choristers in our training levels have the opportunity to swap to a different concert time in order to perform in the same Showcase as their sister. Please contact Head Office via reply email if this is of interest so we can make the necessary arrangements.   Specialist Groups: Choristers in Cantini, Cantissimo and Canto will be involved in the same performance as their regular venue group.   Concert Program & Recording: We’re creating an online program and we’ll send you a link by email one week out from the concert day. Professional footage of the Winter Showcases will be available for purchase from Commercial Video Productions through this link https://www.cvp.com.au/agc. Please enter the password AGC25 and select the city your daughter is enrolled in to place your order.
