Camerata and Performing Choir

The upcoming concerts promise to be a fabulous celebration of the AGC, and we’re so looking forward to all of our girls across the country being involved. We appreciate how busy the end of year can be for families. With this is mind, while the Annual Concert is not until November, we are pleased to provide you with all of the information now that you will require about rehearsals and the performance.

This year we will be presenting our Annual Concerts at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls on Sunday November 23 and Camerata and Performing choristers will showcase their talents in all three shows. We highly value the role our senior girls play as role models to all junior girls and hope the girls will find it fulfilling and rewarding. While we have been holding our Annual Concerts at Perth Concert Hall for many years, the venue is currently closed due to a major redevelopment project, with construction expected to continue through to early 2028.

During this period we’re grateful to be able to use the wonderful facilities at St Hilda’s and look forward to returning to this high quality and intimate setting for our Annual Concerts.

Annual Concert Production Rehearsal

Camerata and Performing Choir

The Annual Concert Production Rehearsal is an opportunity for girls to come together to prepare the music and staging for their Annual Concert items.

Dates and Times: 

Saturday October 25

Camerata: 9.00am - 3.00pm

Sunday October 26

Performing Choir: 1.00pm - 4.00pm

Venue:

Bob Hawke College, Roberts Road, Subiaco

Arrival and Collection:

Please arrive to the Coghlan Road entrance. Parking is available on Coghlan Road, Subiaco Road and surrounding streets. Please see the venue map for further details.

Wear:
AGC Uniform

Bring:

All choristers should bring a named water bottle and jazz shoes

Camerata should bring plenty of food to last the day 

Performing Choir should bring their Earth, Wind and Fire costume

Full attendance is expected however should your daughter be unable to attend part or all of this rehearsal we would appreciate you completing the online absence notification form and speaking with your venue manager.

Annual Concert

Camerata and Performing Choir

Date: Sunday November 23

Venue: The Joy Shepherd Performing Arts Centre at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls – 26 Bay View Terrace, Mosman Park  - please see the venue map for arrival and parking details.

We will be holding three concerts on this day and Camerata and Performing Choir will perform in all concerts.

Full attendance is expected however should your daughter be unable to attend part or all of the concert day we would appreciate you completing the online absence notification form and speaking with your venue manager.

Arrival:

Performing Choir arrive: 7.00am

Camerata arrive: 7.30am

Collection:

All girls depart at 8.30pm at the conclusion of Concert 3 from the foyer. 

Wear: 

Performing Choir: Please arrive in Earth, Wind and Fire costume with hair done for the performance, including rehearsal ribbon

Camerata: Please arrive AGC uniform with hair done for the performance, including rehearsal ribbon

Bring: 

Named water bottle and plenty of food to last the day (please no food deliveries).
Costume top in AGC suit pack, jazz shoes, hair and make up accessories.

Performing Choir should also bring their AGC uniform magenta t-shirt and dance pants (if not wearing them for the Earth, Wind and Fire item).

$47 Adult and $42 Concession

Easy access ticketing requirements for limited steps, wheelchair accessibility, hearing or vision impairments and any other requirements will need to be completed by our ticketing team in the office. Term Dates

There will be a two week holiday break at the end of term 3.

The last week of classes for AGC will be held in the week of September 22 and Term 4 resumes in the week of October 13.

Concert Program and Recording

An Annual Concert program with all girls’ names included will be available to purchase on Concert Day for $10.

Professional footage of the Annual Concert will be available for purchase from Commercial Video Productions through this link www.cvp.com.au/agc. Enter the password AGC25 and select the city your daughter is enrolled in to place your order. 

It can take up to 30 days following the event to receive your order. All orders are managed directly by Commercial Video Productions and copies of past concerts are available through their site.
