Dear parents,
We’re looking forward to presenting our Winter Showcase items on Saturday June 17.
We’ll be presenting items by all of our training levels along with specialist groups and our senior girls in Camerata and Performing Choir. In addition to their level items, all of the girls in the training levels will perform one item with senior girls; we believe that this is a really important aspirational and inspirational opportunity. Mentoring and role modelling is a very important part of our program and we hope that some of our ‘little girls’ will start to imagine growing up into one of our ‘big girls’ when they hear their voices and have the magical experience of singing with them. It is a great source of pride for us that most girls spend between 5 and 13 years singing, dancing, learning, playing and performing with us.

Please note we will have seven performances running across Saturday June 17 and Sunday June 18. Camerata Beecroft will be involved in all three performances on Saturday June 17 and each show will run for 1 hour 10 mins.
We acknowledge that this is a big day of performances for our senior choristers. We have planned the schedule to allow for adequate breaks for girls to recharge and time outdoors for fresh air. We will also have spaces available for choristers who wish to have quiet time throughout the day.

Girls arrive: 10.00am
Girls depart: 7.40pm (at the conclusion of Showcase 3) from outside the front of the auditorium
Wear:
AGC black senior performance t-shirt, costume pants, black shoes and black socks with performance hair and make up done, including rehearsal hair ribbon.
Bring:
AGC polar fleece, jazz shoes, food and drink to last the day, water bottle, hair and make-up accessories, a book for quiet time during breaks
Dismissal:
Collection points will be communicated on stage at the conclusion of the performance.

$36 Adult and $30 Child/Concession available for sale from 1.00pm Monday May 15.

Sisters in different performances:
Families with sisters who are in different performances will be eligible for up to 3 complimentary tickets to one performance. We will be in contact by email prior to the ticket on sale date.
Concert Program & Recording:
We’re creating an online program and we’ll send you a link by email closer to concert day.
