We’re delighted to be welcoming so many girls to their 2025-26 classes! We always have plenty to look forward to at ISPA and this year, we’re especially excited to be developing even more opportunities for our Singapore girls:

All girls have begun preparing for our concert on November 21 – more details below,
Our inaugural Performing Choir has launched and we are already receiving requests for the girls to perform at public Carols events around Singapore,
The AGC International Touring Choir will visit Singapore in October following their time performing throughout Italy (we are still seeking 10 more IGC host families!), and
Plans are coming together for 14 girls to travel to Sydney to perform at the Opera House in November with the Australian Girls Choir (AGC).

iClass Pro Online Portal

All parents should have created an account with iClass Pro (ICP) on registration and you may like to also download the mobile App. There are a number of ongoing functions you can complete through ICP:

Uniform orders - Uniform t-shirts and hair ribbons can be purchased through the ICP Shop. Items will be delivered to your daughter's rehearsal venue and handed out in class. New choristers should continue to wear casual clothes to class until the uniforms are delivered.
Absences - You can notify us of an upcoming absence via your ICP account. Click on your daughter's profile and navigate to 'Future Absences'.
Change of Details - You can make changes to your personal details including phone, address, daughter's school and grade. You're also able to register contact details for an additional parent if you wish them to receive communication.

In-Class Audition Workshop
Allegro and Avanti levels only

During our Semester 1 program, IGC Instructors will nominate a small number of choristers to be considered for a special part in our end of semester concert. While not every girl can have a special part, we are committed to helping all choristers develop solo singing and performance skills. Therefore, Allegro and Avanti choristers will take part in a semi-formal In-Class Audition Workshop, which will be facilitated by their Instructor over two weeks on September 13 and 20. A chorister who misses one of these classes will still be considered.

Choristers in junior@igc will not be assessed formally, but we encourage you to speak with your daughter's regular Instructor if you would like feedback on her progress.

Choristers in Performing Choir will be assessed during their regular class time in a more formal audition process. Further information will be provided in class.

Makeup Classes

We will be offering two optional makeup classes for students who have been absent for classes during our Semester 1 program.

The first makeup class will occur on Sunday September 14 from 11.30am - 12.30pm at Stamford Arts Centre.

The second makeup class will occur on Sunday November 2 from 11.30am - 12.30pm and be held at Caliente Dance Studio.

It is essential to book in for Makeup Classes through iClass Pro (ICP) (through Booking > Find a Class).

Parent Open Classes

Parents are invited to watch an IGC class in action, meet their daughter's Instructor and connect with other parents at Semester 1 Open Classes.

Astor International School venue: Saturday September 27 (full class length).
GIG International School venue: Thursday October 2 (full class length, except for Performing Choir for final 30 minutes only).
Australian International School venue: Saturday October 4 (full class length).
Canto: Wednesday October 8 (full class length).

Performing Arts Holiday Camps

September and October camps

Join us for a creative holiday experience where boys and girls aged 5 to 13 will collaborate with our vibrant team of performing arts specialists to create an original performance of either 'Race Around the World' or 'Operation: Trick-or-Treat'. The program culminates in a special performance for family and friends!

Option 1: September 22 - 26 (Australian International School)

Option 2: October 13 - 17 (Astor International School)

Option 3: October 21 - 24 (Invictus International School)

Holiday Camp is open for IGC Choristers and invite your friends aged 5 to 13 to come too!

Production Rehearsal

Allegro, Avanti and Performing Choir only

The Production Rehearsal is an opportunity for Allegro, Avanti and Performing Choir girls to come together with our accompanist, to prepare the music and staging for their Concert items. This rehearsal will be in addition to their regular weekly classes.

Attendance:

Whilst we see this as a valuable chance for the girls to experience concert preparation with the other choristers from their level, we also understand that attendance might not be possible for all families. Please note that girls who are unable to attend will be caught up in the weeks following the Production Rehearsal. There is no need to let us know if your daughter is unable to attend this event.

Times:
Girls will participate in an onstage rehearsal prior to the concert which will begin from 4.00pm onwards. Arrival times will be different for each IGC level and will be announced with the next newsletter.

The concert commences at 7.00pm and will run for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
