IGC in Concert

Times:
Girls will participate in an onstage rehearsal prior to the concert. Please contact the office if your daughter is unable to arrive at the scheduled time.
Performing Choir arrive: 9.45am
Canto arrive: 11.00am
Avanti arrive: 11.15am
Allegro arrive: 11.45am
junior@igc - AIS venue arrive: 1.30pm
junior@igc - Astor and East Coast venues: 1.45pm
Audience can enter the auditorium from 3.10pm.
The concert commences at 3.30pm and runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Arrival:
On arrival to the venue please make your way to the arrival desk in the foyer. Girls will be escorted to their level group by IGC staff where a roll will be marked for attendance.
Wear and Bring:
junior@igc
- Bring a substantial snack and a named water bottle (please eat lunch before arrival).
- junior@igc from AIS should bring their Beach Towel prop as per previous email communication.
- Wear their uniform t-shirt with skirt or pants (any colour). Please note that they will be sitting cross legged at some stages during the performance.
- Flat and secure shoes or sandals of any colour (please do not wear sneakers, slides, flip flops or crocs).
- All girls should arrive with their hair tied neatly back off their face with their pink hair ribbon, and may like to wear their hair in a special way for the performance.
- Girls don’t wear any jewellery or watches on stage, other than small earrings. We suggest that jewellery, watches and other valuables are left at home.
Allegro and Avanti

Bring a packed lunch, snack and a named water bottle.

Wear their uniform t-shirt with black full length pants or leggings (no jeans please). Please see examples of suitable pants/leggings below.

Flat and secure shoes or sandals, preferably black in colour (please do not wear sneakers, slides, flip flops or crocs).

Performing Choir

- Wear their uniform t-shirt and black dance pants.
- Flat and secure black shoes suitable for choreography. This could be a black jazz shoe, ballet flat, mary-jane style or school shoe (please do not wear sneakers, sandals, slides, flip flops or crocs).
- All girls should arrive with their hair tied neatly back off their face with their pink hair ribbon, and may like to wear their hair in a special way for the performance.
- Girls don’t wear any jewellery or watches on stage, other than small earrings. We suggest that jewellery, watches and other valuables are left at home.
Dismissal:
Collection points will be communicated on stage at the conclusion of the performance.
